Rénovation Kaizen was founded in the winter of 2021. It was after several years working in the service world that I decided to pursue my dream: becoming an entrepreneur. Passionate about design, renovation and customer service, I have established the unique formula to offer you RK. Why Kaizen? Kaizen is the combination of the Japanese words kai and zen which mean change and good respectively. Kaizen translates into French as “continuous improvement”. It was by applying this method in my personal life that I wanted to transpose it into my business to benefit my clients. Respect, professionalism and a good attitude, these are the foundations of Kaizen Renovation.
